Class Description

Join Rosie in the kitchen creating a variety of simple syrups that will lift your beverages to the next level. Together we will gather herbs and flowers to create simple syrups that you can add to your cocktails, lemonade, sparkling water, and even your baked goods. You will make and take home bottles of 5 different syrups, cardamon, rosemary, lavender, brown sugar and homemade organic brown sugar. Enjoy a themed beverage and small bites while meeting new friends and treating yourself to an evening on the farm.
